I shop the west Caldwell location and every time I’m there I’m pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is! I must say the woman Maureen is a stand out and does a wonderful job representing your business! She is an absolute joy!

We were traveling thru New Jersey with our little Maltese, "Martini" and realized we did not pack his favorite treats, chicken chips. He wasn't going to have that, so we had to stop and pick up a bag. Matt was very friendly and very helpful. If we lived in the area this would be our "go-to" pet store. Thanks again, Matt!

Great time of this great location. They definitely have a wide selection of stuff you don't find in all the big box stores. Definitely bringing in different types of food from different lands. We like some of their other options that are healthier than some of the american-made brands. Very dog friendly. Lots of snacks. Lots of goods. Great staff. They do have an awards point system which also helps

Love this place! Daniela and Alicia are very welcoming whenever I come in. This place makes me feel like home! I love bringing my dog for dog washes and love getting my food here! They have the best advice for food, treats whatever ypur pet needs, they have it.

Home Towne WC is our go-to for our dog food, treats, toys and knowledgable advice for our pups. Having just rescued a new little guy (chihuahua mix), it's always nice to get suggestions for treats we can try with him. Daniela and Alicia are so friendly and we are always greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. Thank you!

HOME TOWNE PET SHOPPE in West Caldwell, NJ is always a pleasure to deal with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. They go out of their way to make sure you find exactly what you need, whether it’s food, supplies, or helpful advice. The store is welcoming, well-stocked, and has that local, community-focused feel that’s hard to find these days. A consistently positive experience every time—highly recommended for any pet parent in the area.

Home Towne Pet Shoppe is a reasonably priced, close, and accessible place for me to bring my dog to get her washed. They are great about scheduling you and what tub you prefer and if you need supplies, like shampoo. It's also conveniently located by the Starbucks so my dog knows she's getting a pup cup for getting her bath!

This is the first time I have been in this store- my husband shops for our puppy here often. I needed to know the name of her food and her treats. The girl behind the counter was so sweet, so happy and so eager to help. Literally the easiest - nicest shopping experience ever.

Me and my dog’s all time favorite pet store! We love Daniela and Alicia — they’re our best friends there! Been coming for 4 years straight and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I recommend this place to any and everyone with a dog or a cat!

The best location/ store for any quality treats, toys and chews in the area!! This is exactly the kind of store that should be praised & posted about. Always clean & organized, well put together & a wonderful variety for every pet & pet owner’s preference. We re-stock here every month- I’m sure my dog thinks 2x a month would be better… 🤭🤣
